ATACseq & RNAseq: from bench to data analysis
Course objective:
To provide the students with the fundamental knowledge required to perform ATACseq and RNAseq experiments. The course will cover all steps from lab bench sample handling and preparation to the analysis and scientific interpretation of the resulting sequencing data from libraries.
