CABD ACCESS AUTHORIZATION
Protocol:
- Provide the person concerned with the CABD access regulations
Acceso_CABD_Investigador - Fill this Excel Excel Datos_personal_CABD_Plantilla_con_firma
- Save as PDF
- Sign PDF (interested person and IP)
- Send both the Excel file and the signed PDF file to direccion.cabdhdrnq@nnwhpcsic.es
TRAVELS
Service Order Request:
- The commissioner must complete all fields in the annex corresponding to the service order request. (new annex)
- The application must bear the electronic signature of the commissioner and his/her pI.
- Send the request to cabdcsichdrnq@nnwhpupo.es at least ten days before the start of the commission, or justify any delay in the reason for travel field of the annex.
- The subject of the email should be: "Comisión de Servicio [name of commissioner and start date of the commission]." Example: "Comisión de Servicio Pablo Pérez 01/03/2024"
