Bioinformatics

The Bioinformatics Unit at the Centro Andaluz de Biología del Desarrollo was created to cover the institute’s needs in the genomic data analysis, training in bioinformatics tools and the supervision of general bioinformatics infrastructures.

The Bioinformatics Unit is funded by the María de Maeztu grant awarded to the CABD by the Agencia Estatal de Investigación.

The CABD is jointly funded by the Spanish Research Council (CSIC), the Andalusian Regional Government (Junta de Andalucía), and the Universidad Pablo de Olavide (UPO) in Seville.
