CABD access rules

BASIC RULES OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE FACILITIES OF THE
ANDALUSIAN CENTER FOR DEVELOPMENT BIOLOGY (PHASES 2 AND 3)

  1. Access to the center is prohibited to anyone with symptoms compatible with COVID-19, including fever.
  2. It is mandatory to disinfect the hands by using hydroalcoholic gel at the entrance and exit of the facilities.
  3. Hand disinfection using hydroalcoholic gel is mandatory at the entrance of laboratories, offices, and other dependencies such as service units, animal rooms, gas rooms, etc.
  4. The use of surgical masks inside the center is mandatory and whenever it is possible a minimum safety distance of 2 m should be maintained.
  5. The maximum occupancy per laboratory unit is three (3) people; the maximum occupancy per office is one (1) person.
  6. A single direction of traffic is established through the building in a counterclockwise direction, entering through the parking lot door, and exit through the door of the pines.
  7. The stairs closest to the entrance will only be used in the UP direction. The stairs closest to the elevators will only be used in the DOWN direction.
  8. It is recommended not to use the elevators. If necessary, the elevators will have a maximum occupancy of one (1) person. The elevator on the right is for UPPER and the one on the left is for DOWN.
  9. The use of the toilets is restricted to a maximum of two (2) people at the same time, as long as the minimum safety distance can be maintained.
  10. It is mandatory to sign the attendance control sheet daily.
  11. All personnel are responsible for informing Administration of the lack of hydroalcoholic gel, paper to dry hands, PPE, etc.
All personnel are responsible for immediately informing Management if they detect non-compliance with the rules by any person.
 

ANEX I

Please exercise common sense at all times to prevent contagion.

At the CABD entrance there is a desk with alcoholic hydrogel and facemasks for your use. You must fill the daily assistance control sheet upon arrival (CSIC and UPO have made their use compulsory).

To minimise risks follow this protocol before signing in:
  1. Disinfect your hands before using pen
  2. Take a fresh facemask
  3. Sign up
On the floor there are stripes marking the 2 m minimum separation distance that must be respected.
On the ground-floor there are posts with extendable tapes indicating the correct walking direction. Maintain the same walking direction in all other floors.
 

ANEX II


Since the 3rd of February 2021 and at least until the 20th of that month only one person will be attending at the Administration offices with the remaining employees teleworking. You can contact any of them during normal office hours through telephone or e-mail.
