- Tol2-mediated transgenesis
- mRNA and Morpholino injections

Practical session III. Zebrafish husbandry.
- Husbandry
- Feeding. Auxiliary cultures (arthemia, rotifers).
- Water condition analysis (pH, nitrites, nitrates, conductivity).
